June 2013 – Land Union completes the 135 serviced suites development www.mondriansuites.com on checkpoint Charlie in Berlin Mitte.
April 2013 – Land Union completes its latest hotel project www.monbijouhotel.com, a prime boutique jewel with 101 rooms and spectacular interior design by London based K design Soho.
February 2013 – Land Union aquires a new site for a prime 120 room hotel and retail development in Berlin Mitte on Hackescher Markt with project development scheduled for 2014.

February 2013 – Land Union aquires a new site for a prime 120 room hotel and retail development in Berlin Mitte on Hackescher Markt with project development scheduled for 2014.
January 2012 – The property management team gains a new director with 20 years experience who will contribute to the expansion of Land Union's management and property related services.
December 2012 – Land Union acquires from Bayernfonds a prime 75000sqft office and residential complex (Kontor Verde) in super prime location Jägerstrasse 67-69, Berlin Mitte, 150 meter walk to Gendarmen Markt, from Bayernfonds for an undisclosed 8 digit euro amount.
May 2012 – Land Union lays the foundations for a prime residential development of 285 apartments on famous checkpoint Charlie on the border of Berlin Mitte, with a total of 250.000 sqft.
December 2012 – Land Union acquires from Bayernfonds a prime 75000sqft office and residential complex (Kontor Verde) in super prime location Jägerstrasse 67-69, Berlin Mitte, 150 meter walk to Gendarmen Markt, from Bayernfonds for an undisclosed 8 digit euro amount.

December 2011 – (London, United Kingdom) Land Union completes a luxury residential development in Dean St, Soho, London.
October 2011 – (London, England) Land Union develops its first hotel in the British capital. The hotel is located on Frith St. in London’s Soho with a total project volume of £18 Million.
August 2011 – (Berlin, Germany) Construction started on a new 135-unit serviced suites development next to Checkpoint Charlie, the world-famous former border between East and West Berlin.
October 2011 – (London, England) Land Union develops its first hotel in the British capital. The hotel is located on Frith St. in London’s Soho with a total project volume of £18 Million.
August 2011 – (Berlin, Germany) Construction started on a new 135-unit serviced suites development next to Checkpoint Charlie, the world-famous former border between East and West Berlin.
July 2011 – (Manila, Philippines) Land Union acquires part of the 42-storey One McKinley Place, thereby extending its presence to Asia.
June 2011 – (Manila, Philippines) Land Union establishes the Land Union Scholarship Fund in cooperation with PAREF Woodrose School for girls, subsidising the education of qualified yet underprivileged children.

March 2009 – (Berlin, Germany) Land Union redevelops the 80-room Metropolitan Hotel, just of Berlin's main avenue Kurfurstendamm, and operates it through its sister company, Hansa Hotels.
