Land Union is active in 5 countries, spread across 3 continents. We have local offices in Berlin, London, Amsterdam, Calgary, and Manila.
All our locations differ geographically and culturally, however, economically, they share a common factor. They are all dynamic economic city centres with above average national relevance and above proportional growth.
In addition, our geographical diversification enables risk diversification. Further growth and real estate cycles are not always the same within our locations, which provides us with greater opportunities and less dependency on one region’s economic outlook.
